WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY BROWNIES image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
4 oz. Premium White Chocolate
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 cups Cake Flour
1 cup dried Cranberries
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • Cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10-15 seconds until melted thoroughly. Blend melted white chocolate with vanilla. Stir flour into batter. Add cranberries, nuts, and white chocolate chips to taste. Pour evenly into two greased 9" by 9" metal pans. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
