Tilapia Fillets in Boursin Sauce image

This is a real treat for fish lovers.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 tbsp. butter
4 boneless skinless tilapia filets
1/2 cup flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh shallots
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. boursin cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in large sauté pan over medium heat. Dredge fillets in seasoned flour and sauté on first side for 4 minutes or until browned. Turn and cook for another 3 minutes or until fillets flake evenly with a fork. Put fillets on plate and hold in a warm oven. Add shallots and wine to sauté pan and cook for 2 minutes, or until volume of liquid is reduce by half. Add cream, bring sauce to a boil and turn off heat. Using a wire whisk, stir in Boursin until melted. Put warm fillets on plates, spoon sauce over each and garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings. Cooking the Costco Way
