I borrowed the basic ingredients from my own Salted Caramel White Chocolate Chip Recipe: http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/dessert/dessert-cookies/salted-caramel-white-chocolate-chip-cookies.html?p=8 because those cookies are addictingly delicious, but a bit of a challenge to make because of the caramel sticking to everything. This uses caramel bits as well but less of them and a couple other baking bits to make it simple and simply delicious. Enjoy.

Steps:
- Cream together butter, sugars baking soda, salt, egg and vanilla. Add flour and mix till combined. Add "bits" and mix together, then add pecans and mix.
- I suggest using Silpat mats or parchment paper to avoid sticking. Drop by tablespoon size scoop and bake approx 10 min. at 375º. Baking time will differ from oven to oven.
- Cool COMPLETELY and use a spatula to remove.
