Whipping Cream Biscuits image

This is a very easy biscuit recipe for those of you that think it is to hard or you can't roll out a biscuit. They are so light and taste great.

2 c self-rising flour
1 c whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. Mix flour & whipping cream, the dough will be a little stiff but incorperate all crumbs into dough ball, then spread out a sheet of wax paper/w a little flour and knead a little, then roll out dough and cut with a biscuit cutter or if you don't have one a glass will work. Spray a baking pan with oil and place biscuits on sheet and put a little pat of marg. on top of each biscuit & bake at 450 until golden about 10 to 15 minutes.
