1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup unrefined sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place apples in baking dish.
  • Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
