Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees or preheat grill to medium heat. Thoroughly clean and rinse chicken. Pat dry. Cut wings at joint into two pieces and place in bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken and Refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night.Spray or oil baking sheet. Place chicken on baking sheet,turning once. Cook about 30-40 minutes. Then place under boiler for 3-5 minutes to make crispy.
