Steps:
- In small bowl, mix flour and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl, mix sugar. lard and margarine. Add flour mixture and work with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles fresh bread crumbs. Sprinkle water a tablespoon at a time until dough holds together. Form dough into three balls. Wrap 2 balls with saran wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Sprinkle work surface with a dusting of flour. Roll dough for size of pie shell and place into pan. Fill with favorite filling. Roll out additional pie dough for top and seal with water and press both dough together, trim sides and decorate with extra dough. Cut vents on top of pie. Bake according to pie directions.
