HONEY-ROSEMARY CROCK POT CHICKEN - MAROSE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
cornstarch for thickening

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients except water in a bowl and let marinate in refrigerator for at least half an hour. Put contents plus water in a crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Ten minutes before serving, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Serve over rice.
