Yield 60 small meatballs

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 lb mild italian sausage
3/4 lb ground turkey
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 c bread crumbs
3/4 c minced onions
4 large eggs (beaten)
3/4 parmesean cheese
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and form into small meatballs (for wedding soup approx. 1 inch each).
