How to make Wayne's Cranberry Sauce Recipe by Paula Deen

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 c suagr
1 c water
16 oz cranberries
1 c chopped apple
1c walnuts,chopped
1/2 c raisins
1/4 c orange liquor
1/2 orange, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg, grated fresh

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and water in saucepan and dissolve. Add cranberries and return too boil. Add apples, walnuts, raisins, orange liquor, orange and lemon juices, cinnamon and nutmeg. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
