Watermelon Sorbet image

6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
10 fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until pureed. Add the mint leaves and blend for about 15 seconds. Pour into a loaf pan and place in the freezer until frozen, about 6 hours or overnight.
