Watermelon and Tequila Cooler image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pounds watermelons (about 1/2 medium)
2 ounces silver or gold tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Simple Syrup
ice, cubes

Steps:

  • Cut the rind off the watermelon and remove the seeds. Cut enough chunks to measure 2 cups and put in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth.
