Steps:
- Boil potatoes until cooked but still holding their shape.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes, caraway, and cayenne pepper, salt and stir to lightly brown the potatoes.
- Remove potatoes from heat add the herbs, lemon juice then serve.
