Walnut Oat Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
