A Greek cake popular during Lent. Full of raisins and nuts. You can use all one kind raisin if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- 2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and lemon zest together.
- 3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and lemon zest together.
- 4. Mix in remaining ingredients, one at a time, until well blended.
- 5. Spread batter into prepared baking pan.
- 6. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 7. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired. Cut into squares and serve.
