WALDORF SALAD WITH CREAMY LIME DRESSING
Steps:
- Dressing: 1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients and set aside. For Salad: 1. Core apples and cut them into 1/2" cubes, place in a medium salad bowl. Add celery. Pour in dressing and mix well. 2. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves adn spoon salad onto lettuce. Sprinkle with walnuts.
