Wagon wheel Sausage Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (12-ounce) package brown and serve sausage
1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potato
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Original Bisquick®
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Grease 10" pie plate. Spread hash browns on bottom of plate. Mix onions, 2 tablespoons milk, salt, pepper and cream cheese. Spread over potatoes. Arrange sausage over cream cheese in wagon wheel fashion. Beat Bisquick 1/3 cup milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over sausage. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered until center is set.
