WAFFLE BATTER image

Yield 3 8 inch waffles.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 t. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 egg/separated
1 T. melted butter
pinch of salt

Steps:

  • Sift the dry ingredients together in a batter bowl. Beat the egg white in a separate bowl until white and fluffy. Add the egg yolk and milk to the dry ingredients and mix. Fold in the egg white. On a heated and greased waffle iron, pour the batter, being careful not to over pour.
