1 cup of grinded sunflour seeds
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nutritionnal yeast
1 finely chopped onion
1 grated raw potatoe
1 grated raw carrot
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup warm water
Thym,basil,garlic,salt,pepper,ground cloves,to taste.

Steps:

  • Process in order in blender. Cook in a buttered casserole for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
