Vietnamese Chicken image

This recipe calls for chicken wings but I think it would be just as good with thighs. Very flavorful on the grill.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 c chicken bouillon granules
1/2 c sriracha sauce
1/2 c honey
1/2 c cooking oil
1/2 c pureed shallots
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
20 kaffir lime leaves, chopped fine
24 whole jumbo chicken wings or thighs
1 c cilantro leaves for garnish
1 c roasted peanuts, chopped for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 7 ingredients and marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight. Place chicken on the grill until done. Top with garnishes.
