This is a delicious side dish, especially on Thanksgiving. Goes well at church pot lucks, too! Make sure folks know it's onions they're eating though ... or there'll be lots of 'waste'. :o)

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a baking dish with PAM.
- 2. Saute onions in margarine until transparent, not browned. Place onions in prepared baking dish.
- 3. Mix together cottage cheese and cream cheese; set aside.
- 4. Beat eggs; mix in milk.
- 5. Combine with cheeses and salt and pepper. Pour over onions and sprinkle with parmesan.
- 6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
