Vicki's Chipped Beef & Green Onion Cheese Ball image

I love this stuff. I could eat it with a spoon. It also looks very festive for the holidays with the maroon and green colors of the beef and green onions.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar(s) dried chipped beef, diced
3 green onions, chopped fine, including green parts
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 jigger milk
chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Blend in dried chipped beef and onion.
  • 2. Shape mixture into a ball, wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and chill.
  • 3. Roll in chopped walnuts or pecans if desired.
