VENISON MEATBALLS image

Yield 12 meatballs

Number Of Ingredients 11

1lb ground venison
1lb ground round
1/2 lb ground pork (sausage may be used)
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Steps:

  • Mix meat and other ingredients well except tomato sauce. Use 1/4 measuring cup to form meatballs. Brown meatballs in frying pan or broil meatballs in oven. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
