Steps:
- 1. In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.
- 2. In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted. 10 points per serving
