VEGETABLE ROTINI image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Broccoli cheese soup.
1 package (3 oz.)of cream cheese softened
3/4 c. milk
2 T. dijon style mustard
1/8 t. pepper
3 c. cooked rotini (2 1/2 c. dry)
3 c. cooked cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In 3-qt. saucepan, gradually stir soup into cream cheese. Add milk, mustard, and pepper. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often.
