Vegan Pita Pizza image

4 rounds Pita Bread
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup marinara sauce
4 ounces shredded vegan mozzarella
1/2 package vegan pepperoni
6 ounces sliced black olives
4 ounces sliced mushrooms

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lightly spray the pita with the olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place pita on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake pitas in the oven on center rack for 3-5 minutes. While you are waiting on that, prepare your toppings, if they need to be sliced or diced, now is the time to do this.
  • Carefully take out the heated pita and top with the sauce, cheese and then the pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. Put back into the oven for 8-10 minutes.
