Mom's Brisket image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1.5 c soy sauce
1 c white vinegar
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c coarsely ground pepper
4-10 lb brisket

Steps:

  • 1. Combine soy, vinegar, ketchup, paprika and garlic with a wire whisk.
  • 2. Place 4-10 pound brisket in an oven cooking bag and cover with pepper.
  • 3. Pour marinade over and refrigerate overnight.
  • 4. Bake in baking bag at 350 for 3-4 hours.
