VEAL CUTLETS OVEN BAKED image

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 veal patties
3 Tblsp minced onion
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 8 0z cans tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tblsp parsley
2 T olive oil for frying

Steps:

  • Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Brown both sides in heavy skillet,brown onins in oil. Place in a shallow bakinb dish. Blend tomato paste and remaining ingred. Pour over vela. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour and serve with rice.
