Makes 2 (2 1/2 cup) servings
1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, frozen
6 medium (5 oz) strawberries, hulled fresh or thawed frozen ones
2 cups non-fat milk
1 cup ice water
1/4 cup unsalted almonds
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth
