Don't judge a recipe by reading it! This is a low-fat, yummy chicken dish that has some unusual yet simple ingredients. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup all-fruit preserves (raspberry, apricot, etc.)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Blend together the yogurt, preserves, and mustard.
  • Spoon the mixture over the chicken breasts and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
