Uncooked Fudge Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound 4X sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 lb. Baker's chocolate
Butter the size of a walnut
2 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler; mix the egg and sugar, cream them in as much as possible, add the cream until a thick paste is formed. Stir in the chocolate and melted butter, add vanilla and store away in a pan overnight to set. Cut into squares and serve.
