ULTIMATE 7-LAYER DIP image

16 ounce can refried beans
16 ounce can pinto beans
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
Salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
Mexican Style shredded cheese
Chopped green onions
Pitted ripe olives
Cherry tomatoes, cut-up
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Mix refried beans and pinto beans together with taco seasoning. Taste. Add more taco seasoning to taste. Spread bean mixture onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Spread sour cream on top. Open cans of salsa one at a time, and drain liquid then spread on top of sour cream. Do this until you have enough salsa to spread across the whole plate. Layer remaining ingredients on top. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
