Two Minute Hawaiian Pie image

I normally refrigerate this overnight.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) crushed pineapples, undrained (20 oz)
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (6 servings)
8 oz sour cream
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 can(s) pineapple slices (8 oz)
maraschino cherries (optional)
1/2 c coconut, sweetened flaked (optional)
1 small container cool whip for piping (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream.
  • 2. Mix until well combined.
  • 3. Spoon into pie crust.
  • 4. Decorate top with pineapple slices and cherries.
  • 5. Sprinkle with coconut.
  • 6. Pipe with Cool Whip, if so desired.
  • 7. Cover and chill for atleast 2 hours before serving.
