TWISTED STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Packages Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
4 Cups milk
2 Cups Cool Whip topping
1 package angel food cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 Cup orange juice
3 Cups fresh sliced strawberries
5 Squares White Baking Chocolate

Steps:

  • Prepare pudding mixes with milk as directed on package. Gently stir in whip cream. Place cake cubes in large bowl. Drizzle orange juice over cake, then toss to coat. Place half of the cake cubes in deep glass serving bowl; cover with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, strawberries and grated chocolate. Top with layers of remaining cake cubes, pudding, strawberries and grated chocolate. Refrigerate at 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
