1 can packed tuna
dried or diced fresh basil
black pepper
salt
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup smushed pinto beans
1/2 diced sweet bell pepper
3 or 4 diced sun-dried tomatos

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together to taste. Best when spread on toast with pepperjack cheese and fresh spinach.
