Tuscan Pasta With Tomato-Basil Cream image

We love pasta in our house. This is just one of the many versions of pasta we have enjoyed. It is a modified version of one I found on line with pre-made Tomato Alfredo that I used my version of Tomato Alfredo sauce. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Number Of Ingredients 13

20 oz refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
1 pkg fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 fresh garlic cloves
1 c water
2 Tbsp white wine
4 oz cream cheese
2 medium tamatoes
2 Tbsp basil, dried
8 oz tomato sauce
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • 2. Saute' mushrooms in olive oil with garlic. Add water and chicken bouillon cube and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese stirring until melted. Add tomato sauce and stir in chopped tomatoes, basil, wine and cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 3. Add mozzarella cheese and mix until melted. Pour over pasta. Top evenly with Parmesan cheese.
  • 4. Enjoy!
