Number Of Ingredients 11

pie crust w/ top (home made or store bought)
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup tin of water
2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
6 large mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 tsp sage
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425F 2. In a sauce pan, brown ground meat over medium heat until no pink remaining, about 5m. 3. Add in onion, mushroom, and celery and saute for 2m. 4. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until well combined. 5. Simmer for 15m, or until mixture is soupy but no longer runny. 6. Spoon mixture into a prepared pie crust, add crust top, and prick with fork to ventilate. 7. Cook at 425F for 10m, and then reduce heat to 375F and cook for another 30m. 8. Remove from heat and allow pie to sit for 15-30m before serving.
