1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELLĀ® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups water
1/2 cup TACO BELLĀ® Verde Salsa
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 avocado, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Steps:

  • Cook turkey in large deep skillet until done, stirring frequently. Stir in seasoning mix, water and salsa. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in rice; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Turn off heat. Cover skillet with lid; let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  • Spoon rice mixture into 4 bowls; top with remaining ingredients.
