Just an easy fix using those left overs and making them into made over delicious!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450^. Pinwheels: In a small skillet melt the butter and add the onions and bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Set aside. Cover peas with boiling water, and drain. Combine peas and turkey,and soup. Add sautéed onion and Bell pepper. Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions; add the cheese to the dough. Roll dough into a 15-inch square about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread with the turkey mixture, roll as for a jelly roll. Cut roll into 16 slices or so they are 3/4 inch thick, Place cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sauce on top.
- Sauce: Combine ingredients, place over low heat in a small saucepan, stir occasionally until heat hot.
