As a Southern diabetic that loves to eat, I had to find something that was tasty, but within my food guidelines. It's very tasty and health. My wife, mother-in-law and I eat every single bite.

2 lbs turkey ham
2 cups no-sugar-added relish
2 cups light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Chop turkey ham into cubes.
  • Place cubes into food processor and mince.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Serve on favorite bread or with crackers.
