Turkey Gyros Pizzas image

Make a delicious Greek-restaurant pizza made with turkey breast in just 30 minutes - perfect for a dinner.

4 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
1/2 pound sliced cooked deli turkey breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Place pita breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix sour cream and mint; spread evenly over pitas. Sprinkle each pita with 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with turkey, cucumber, tomato and feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until pizzas are hot and cheese is melted.
