Number Of Ingredients 20

1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c flour
1 c milk
1 c chicken broth
leftover boned turkey (use a large amount)
5 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
2 c sour cream
1 pkg frozen spinach 10 oz. cooked and drained
1 jar(s) mushrooms 6oz, sliced and drained
1 can(s) sliced water chestnuts 8 oz
1 jar(s) pimento 12 oz
1/2 c onions, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/3 c lemon juice
2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c monterey jack cheese, grated/i also use parmesan cheese on top

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter, add flour stirring constantly. Add milk and chicken broth. Continue stirring and cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Put ingredients in a buttered casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes at 300 degree. (you may have to bake longer depending on oven)
