Steps:
- Combine turkey, zucchini, carrot, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and egg. If mixture is too wet, add in some italian bread crumbs, as needed. Form the mixture into four patties. Dust with flour and bread crumbs if need to. Saute patties in a tablespoon of olive oil, over medium heat. Cook until no trace of pink remains, turning once -- 4-5 minutes or more per side, depending on size of patty. Serve on toasted onion rolls, with leaf of lettuce and thinned mayo. Makes 4 large burgers.
