Number Of Ingredients 5

1 fresh or thawed frozen whole turkey breast (5 lb./2.2 kg)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cans (254 mL each) turkey gravy
1/4 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 425ºF.
  • PLACE turkey, breast-side up, in greased 13x9-inch pan. Brush with oil.
  • BAKE 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 325ºF. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (170ºF). Let stand 10 min. before carving.
  • MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing as directed on package. Heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream. Serve over turkey and stuffing.
