Turkey and Stuffing Bake image

This casserole is amazing!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 jar(s) 4 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/2 c diced celery
1 1/4 c hidden valley original ranch dressing, divided
2/3 c water
3 c seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c sweetened dried cranberries
3 c coarsely shredded cooked turkey (about 1 pound)

Steps:

  • 1. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid; set aside. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add celery and onion; saute for 4 minutes or until soft.
  • 2. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup dressing, water and reserved mushroom liquid. Stir in stuffing mix and cranberries until thoroughly moistened. Combine turkey, mushrooms and remaining 3/4 cup dressing in a seperate bowl.
  • 3. Spread turkey mixture evenly in a greased 8 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
