Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, being sure to add avocado last and stir only once or twice to avoid bruising. Sometimes I add some chopped cilantro -- or a little basil or mint. Feel free to add more heat with extra chili paste. Serve with either tortilla chips or plaintain chips.
