4 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1 cup fat-free milk
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 cans (5 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/2 cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook noodles in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain noodles; return to pan. Add Neufchatel, milk and mustard; stir until Neufchatel is completely melted and noodles are evenly coated with sauce. Add peas and carrots, and tuna; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with coating mix.
  • Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
