Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook noodles in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain noodles; return to pan. Add Neufchatel, milk and mustard; stir until Neufchatel is completely melted and noodles are evenly coated with sauce. Add peas and carrots, and tuna; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with coating mix.
- Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
