Simply that "little extra flavor" makes these so good. Just re- vamped and baked instead of frying. Photo; Sorry my pictures come out kinda red when it should be golden brown. . . old camera.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 large can tuna or salmon (un-drained)
1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed
2 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic pdr
1/2 tsp onion pdr
4 tbs each, finely diced green yellow and red bell peppers
2 egg whites, beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Heat Oven to 350. grease a baking sheet. or spray with cooking spray.
  • 2. Place Crushed Crackers in a bowl. Add Tuna or salmon Un-drained. egg whites, soy sauce and spices. Mix until well blended.
  • 3. Add; diced peppers stir well.
  • 4. Form into 6-8 patties, place on greased baking sheet.
  • 5. Bake; for about 8-10 min. turn over and bake another 8-10 min. serve with your favorite side dishes, lemon, or tartar sauce.
