Tuna Cakes image

Found this recipe in a magazine and it's really good!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) 6 oz each, tuna in water, drained
1 package(s) 6 oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup(s) real mayo
2 tablespoon(s) sweet pickle relish
3/4 cup(s) water

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, stuffing mix, cheese, mayo, relish and water in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10 mins.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each cake into skillet in batches. Gently flatten cakes using a spatula. Cook for 3 min on each side or until they're golden brown on both sides. Turn them carefully.
