Steps:
- TUNA Combine the sugar, pepper, and mustard seeds. Press the mixture firmly into each side of the tuna steaks, coating it thoroughly. Heat the olive oil in a med-sized skillet and saute the tuna over high heat, 2 minutes per side until well seared. Remove to a platter and slice thinly. Serve with dallops of the mustard mayo. MUSTARD MAYO Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in fridge until needed.
